AT&T Mod  via All States Engineering / SA & Permitting /  July 2014 –August 2015

·   Work with Architectural, Engineering & Construction teams in the modification of existing wireless facilities, while working with Planning departments, to ensure projects meet City’s required guidelines. 

·   Work with appropriate jurisdictions to ensure projects meet with Jurisdictional & Environmental requirements.

·   Prepare, maintain and submit project documentation to appropriate departments.

·   Keep internal functional groups informed about requirements and regulations of government entities and municipalities to assist with compliance with general conditions of approvals at permit and construction stages of the project, and to meet project timelines

·   Review existing legal documents for determination of lease rights, as well as existing Conditions of Approval, to ensure modifications meet with City’s zoning requirements.

·   Successfully chair  deployment meetings with customer’s  managers to review status of each project and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely and accurate completion

 

Wireless Capital Partners (“WCP”)-  Property Manager / Feb. 2014 – July 2014

·   Manage and monitor all requests and issues for site modifications, repairs, utility changes, and upgrades on existing wireless telecommunication facilities throughout the United States.

·   Successfully negotiate new leases and amendments on existing leases. Negotiate and obtain required lease/license consents, LOAs and additional land.

·   Review Real Estate documents and process applications, securing consents and/or additional land if needed, and removing restrictions that could impact the customer’s timely installation.

·   Lead internal deployment meetings with other managers and legal team to review status of each project and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Verizon Wireless – New Site Build, Small Cell  & IDAS  via Delta Engineering - Permitting Specialist / Aug. 2013 – Feb. 2014

·   Successfully work with  Engineers and Construction Managers to identify qualified properties for New Site Build (NSB) installations for wireless communication facilities; including Site Identification, Lease Negotiation,  Land Use Entitlements and Building Permit submittals and approvals

·   Work with engineering to identify multiple locations for Small Cell facilities, located on Right-of-Way (ROW) properties.

·   Responsible for identifying utility locations and utility coordination for small cells sites for wireless carriers

·   Work with corporate functional groups and local attorneys (if needed) for proactive resolution of property matters.

·   Schedule and perform design walks with relevant parties, for new Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) for indoor and outdoor (IDAS / ODAS) installations, for high-profile venues for multiple wireless providers.

·   Work with engineering, construction teams and venue personnel on design and lease agreements for various DAS installations.
